Description

It was fun talking to Juan about Leaving Megalopolis as he was sketching Fleet. I thought this'd fit Juan's style based on what I'd seen in the Scarecrow one shot from the "Joker's Asylum" series.

Fleet is a speedster who was designed to look very corpse like as a result of his corruption.
