Description

Five 11 x 17 art board mega jam piece; My ultimate Justice League & Avengers team versus Darkseid and Thanos.

NYCC 2015 - my priority on the jam was Ivan Reis - his Aquaman has a classic vibe to it - whether in Blackest Night to the King of Atlantis' own title. Went over to his table at the start of the show (since he was doing wait-in-line sketches last year). Joe Prado was there, but Ivan was still a few minutes out. Decided to have Joe tackle Martian Manhunter - Joe's own pencil work is highly underrated and I thought it would be neat to have the two of them work on individual characters. Done and done!

The completed page speaks for itself, from Lee's incredible Captain America to Ivan's powerful Aquaman to Joe's furious J'onn J'onzz! Joe and Ivan finished off their respective characters in grand fashion. Couldn't be happier with how this page turned out in the jam! Definitely two artists I'd want to commission again.
