Description
It's been a while since I updated the file. Through multiple flesh tones and a sharp Prismacolor pen, I'm trying to convey the musculature of the arm, while still retain feminine beauty. I incorporated Sand and Warm Grey tones for the shadows. What I'm most proud of though was fleshing out Mjonir in inks. I asked my girlfriend to model a toys r us bought hammer from the Avengers toy line for the right angle for both perspective and dimensions. At this point I know I fumbled at a few lines at the top but for the most part I'm doing Jane's hammer justice. I will only keep the hard lines at the shape, not for details. The reason will be revealed later. As a suggestion from my sister, since this is a breast cancer patient, I'm going to color the strap on her hammer-holding arm pink as the ribbon. Also, recent tools in the mail such as the Khaki tone and five uniball roller white pens from Hong Kong, I've used that color for the rubble around Thor. I'm using the white pen sparingly on the metallic pieces of the costume, as you'll see the inner line on the right side of her helmet since that's catching the lightining. As for the lightning I'm increasing the number of lightning strikes in the background. I might use the Uniball for that too. Anyway, more as it develops.
