My first original art purchase. Kabuki as the Doctor. David has been great to deal with over the years. He's one of the nicest artists you'll ever meet. He always makes time for everyone at conventions. The page on the left is the original art. The page on the right is the published page after David morphed the original to give it a slightly more slender feel. Fabric added to the bottom left and top right of the published page. Even after seven years, I still find myself staring at this one every time I pass it. People look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them the art came from a comic book. Just goes to show you what the medium is capable of achieving.
