Raven, I don't know where you're getting your information but that's clearly not the work of Biffignandi. That cover wasn't even used on the original Italian edition.

I own the original artwork and the artist isn't designated - however, it's very similar to Mario Caria's work (I have numerous pieces of Caria artwork).
