Description

Of course I'm a bit biased in saying this, but I think that Riccardo Mannelli (born in Pistoia, Tuscany, on Jan. 20 1955) is one of the greatest Italian illustrators alive.
And maybe one of the best in the world when it comes to draw with a ballpoint pen.
Often his subjects aren't so nice and some of his works even openly unpleasant (not by chance he's best known as a fiercely satirical cartoonist/caricaturist), but his artistry is something truly amazing.
So I'm happy to finally add a piece by him to my collection!

"Sacred and Profane" is perfect! The first time when I saw the unmistakable touch of Mannelli was on a satirical magazine, after that I have always appreciated his raw realism and his irony. BIG Congrats, Davide and Thank you for sharing with us! : )
