Description

In 2003 Russ did a line drawing commission for Michael Dunne of Blackhawk that was developed from an unpublished cover design for Action Comics Weekly. A few years later Russ revisited the image with this wash piece making a few changes, the most notable being Lady Blackhawk's pose.
