DescriptionMan, LOOK at what Aaron can do with a pencil!!! There's something about finely shaded pencil sketches that I think takes my breath away more than copic marker sketches. I think it's the fine, subtle and smooth gradients you can get; like this prime example from Aaron Lopresti. My friend Migs (eternally grateful!) turned me on to this piece being sold for far below what I value it; Definitely had to buy it. I appreciated it so much I felt bad/guilty that the original owner was forced to sell it... it's that good. I think Mr. Lopresti did a terrific job, giving her just enough brawn to make her tough like the Amazon she is, but still maintaining the attractive femininity. of my collection, this is one of my faves.Social/Sharing |
