Description

Fantastic page of Uncanny X-Men #155 featuring Professor X, Cyclops, Colossus and Deathbird.
This page, published in 1982, is really a historical part of US comics history as the book was by far the best selling comic book of its time and as it was drew by the great Dave Cockrum co-creator of the New X-Men team. Dave Cockrum was one of the most innovative artists of his generation. In this page, Colossus was injured by Deathbird which is a scene also played out on the issue's cover.

Wiacek perfectly inked this run and has inked over such pencilers as Carmine Infantino on Star Wars, John Romita Jr. on The Uncanny X-Men, John Byrne on Sensational She-Hulk, Walter Simonson on X-Factor and Orion and George Pérez on Brave and the Bold, volume 2.

The art has an image area of approximately 10" X 15".
