Description

This is a piece by painter and Underground Comix artist Guy Colwell. He was mostly known for his work on "Inner City Romance". I saw this piece on Anthony Snyder's website and kept going back to it week after week. He brought it to SDCC '16 and upon seeing it in hand I was compelled to buy. The people in the background in the hot sun just spoke to me. Thanks for working on the price with me Anthony.

It may be unpublished a she did a lot of work that was done just to be sold as art- there is a book of his fine art and general illustrations unfortunately I am now bistatial I am in one state and my collection of books and art is mostly in another so I can't check it- That would be the likely source to check I own 4 pieces by him all unpublished -(and the cover to Doll one which was published) he is incredibly good - a lot of his art was sold a few years ago via heritage
