Description

Todd is a man that I've seen at many a convention. He continues to be affable, awesome, and downright friendly every time I meet him. It is always a pleasure to see him and if possible get on his list. I saw that he was doing an event at a SoCal comic shop so I went down to show my support. I felt a little bad asking for a Wildguard commission at a Doctor Who event but Todd graciously said it was ok.

I'm a fan of Todd's original series Wildguard and wish to see Todd return to the series. Todd continues to tease Wildguard fans with practice sketches (https://www.instagram.com/p/BB8Z7YCoHRU/). Seeing that Todd was tinkering with updating the looks of his characters I wanted to see Ignacia with her new 2016 look. The way Todd draws sweeping hair is nothing short of incredible. The vibrant reds are blended in a way makes the piece striking and I feel adds a great sense of depth. I just love the way that the entire piece "pops" and find the red and green coloring a pleasant contrast. You can just feel Todd's burning desire to return to Wildguard, hopefully sometime soon! I'm really pleased to have two Wildguard pieces in my collection.
