Description

This was the first sketch I got at Baltimore Comic Con 2016 and it started off a new sketchbook for me.

I understand Janeway is one of the more divisive characters from the Star Trek universe, but I was impressed with her ability to make hard decisions and by the sacrifice she pulls off in the series finale for the sake of her crew, her family. I also like how Kate Mulgrew is aware of some of the inconsistencies in Janeway's portrayals by the different writers, but nevertheless played her role exquisitely without ever accusing fans of not "getting" Janeway. I respect that.
