I picked this piece up from Matt at SPX back in 2016. This piece was published as an additional backup page in the Arcane Comics printing of Cankor that collected the out-of-print issues 1 and 2. The book was released by Arcane Comics in March 2016.

I was excited to see this page collected with the four issues of CoC and extras in the softcover from Adhouse March 2020 - https://www.adhousebooks.com/books/cankor.html
