DescriptionI suppose this page is for a chosen few From Hell connoisseurs only. It shows the beginning of Sir William Gullīs dying moments, or to be more precise: How he (sequestered in a madhouse and having weird mental images) experiences his dying moments. Visually we are shown the young William together with his father on a boat inside the dark Limehouse Cut tunnel, going into the brilliant light, verbally there are snapshots back and forth from the Ripperīs life. This scene is a direct continuation from the opening scene in chapter two. Now, at the end, Gull has reached his goal and found his purpose in life.A quote from Alan Mooreīs script for this page: "From this point on the images and the storytelling get increasingly strange and abstract."
