DescriptionI love Travis' Wildstorm work from early in his career but it is hard to find and afford, so it has been slow going in getting some. But this piece was actually my "Big Find" at SDCC this year, as I always manage to find an expensive piece that is both a cool find and perfect for my collection there. All the big dealers and artists are there, but I love that '90s Wildstorm goodness, and that can be hard to find. But I always walk away with some kind of Wildstorm gem there, and I tend to find a lot of it with Albert Moy lol. This year he had a few small trading card pieces by Travis and when I saw this one I knew it was there for me. It wasn't priced, so I had a high price in mind for what Albert would want for it but decided I would pay it anyway. Then I asked Albert how much it was and he gave much higher price then even I thought and it was a number way too big for me to pull the trigger on at the show, so I had to leave it behind but I was unable to stop thinking about it for the rest of the con. But lo and behold, I get back home and start to recoup funds and Albert put it on his site, and for $500 less than at SDCC, no less! So I reached out, set up payments, and was able to bring it home after all. Ain't life grand? :)Social/Sharing |

Just gorgeous. Easily one of Travis' best images he did for WS. HUGE congrats and thanx for sharing with us.
