2014 Here's your side-by-side comparison of the original Uncanny X-Men #266 cover by the great Andy Kubert (featuring the first appearance of Gambit!) next to my homage cover (shown here without the blue pencil lines and cropped)! As you can see, I didn't draw the young Storm so the focus would be entirely on Anthony's favorite character, Gambit! :-)
