From the 1984 Legion of Super-Heroes Baxter series by Levitz, Lightle and Mahlstedt featuring one of my favourites... Timber Wolf.

This cover has two acetate overlays. The first is the title and DC logo. The second has the solar flares around the sun.

It is a great cover and in great condition. I thought I had heard stories that it had got water damaged , glad to see it in its pristine glory. ENJOY and thanks for sharing.

Classic cover! Lightle did many wonderful covers for this series, but this cover always stood out to me as one of his best.

Lightle drew a fantastic cover here. What I especially love is how it seems as if you, the viewer, are approaching the action, and several of the monsters have noticed your presence and are turning in your direction. I shudder just thinking about how scary that would be!
