Description

** Update - Bob Almond has brought his inimitable east coast inks to this west coast (avengers) commission.

For process nuts out there, I've added Val's prelim and pencils to this new scan of Bob's inks.

Previously...

As mentioned previously in my CAF postings, there was a time in the mid-1980s when the Thing was being recruited to become a full-time member of the West Coast Avengers. The heroes teamed up for a few issues before going their separate ways. It is a fun run of comics that fits perfectly in my theme. This commission captures the action from WCA #6, a book that focuses a lot on Tigra and her backstory. Once again, I am thrilled with Val Semeiks and his work. He is one of the most represented artists in my collection, for good reason.

Came out great! Unique choice and killer execution by penciller and inker! I loved these early issues of WCA. Congrats!
