The Age of the Sentry No. 6, Page 12

I can't explain it myself but I like the Sentry. The Sentry was supposed to be a Silver Age character that had made everyone forget his existence in order to destroy his evil alter-ego, the Void. This page is from the non-canon title that placed the character in the kooky stories of the Silver Age. Here, our hero has been sent thru the time stream by the future version of his enemy, Cranio, into something resembling the Crisis of Infinite Earths. The description is similar to that of the Sentry himself who is said to have "the power of one million exploding suns".

I thought Nick Dragotta's retro art was perfect for this book and story. The signature at the bottom, though, is by inker Gary Martin.
