DescriptionI was 18 years old when I first discovered Nobel Comics Justice Machine. I believe it was the first independent comic I ever bought and it was magazine size. The covers were the draw in, with the likes of John Byrne, Bob Layton and Keith Pollard doing a few.What Mike Gustovich and Bill Reinhold brought to life was another thing entirely. I instantly fell in love with the characters from the start, and this page I was lucky to pick up features all of them. Titan,Challenger,Diviner,Blazer,Demon and Talisman. It also features the members of The Free Force,Havoc,Controller and Nightowl. While the first volume only contained 5 issues, the title would be picked up shortly after it's cancellation by Comico/Innovation and ran 29 issues. I really hope that the JM will return one day. In the meantime I'm happy to own a little bit of history here! Social/Sharing |
