Gem City Con 2017 - We were sitting around looking at everyone's sketch books the night before, and I thought it strange that for all of the Captain America, and Avengers villains there were no Mad Cap sketches. I always like the character growing up, so I decided to put an end to that trend. As always, Scoot did a great job!
