Description

Here we have our protagonist, Marta Gonzalez, literally caught between the two factions that will act on her - the departing alien colonists and the successful resistance fighters. Everyone go read this book. It's a pretty interesting take on a post-colonial society with a sci-fi noir setting and a bit of a missing person mystery. I really like Artyom's varied expressions and bad haircuts on the freedom fighters here along with the mix of alien weapons they have appropriated.
