Description

Back in the late 1980s this title was a big deal and part of an indy boom that started with yiules like tmnt.

Many of the covers were drawn in color with pen and marker. This is before photoshop.

Another classic cover! I remember buying and reading the first few issues, but I don't remember a single thing about them. Crazy to see how archaic the production values were. Coloring the original line art instead of a photocopy of it? And with markers? Yikes!

Two things. One, you outbid me on this. Congrats. I was going toe to toe and then it just got to a point where I couldn't justify it. You could and you win because of it. Seriously, congrats. This was one of the first comics I ever bought. I am with you in that I am not even that huge a fan of the art, but the nostalgia pull was strong. Just not as strong as yours. Two... you got BOTH?!?!? Damn you. I take it all back.

What a blast from the past. One of the good ones from the black & white boom. I remember flipping copies of #1 for a decent profit. Very interesting to see original art from Blair.
