Gambit_Ribic,Esad

At the first NY Comic-Con 2006 I had only a few goals (most of which were not met due to the overcrowding at the convention). One of those goals was to meet Esad Ribic. I have loved Esad's work since I first saw it in Ultimate X-Men and more recently his paintings for Loki and House of M covers. I knew I had to get a Gambit sketch from him and he was more than obliged to do that. He prefered the Ultimate Gambit design he created for the character instead of his current look. I was very impressed with this piece. Simply Amazing. Maybe the next time I meet him I could get him to paint it.
