Description

I had the great pleasure to meet and speak at length with the legendary Larry Elmore at Florida Supercon this year.
I asked if he could sketch something- ANYTHING- for my collection, and after seeing my "heroes taking five" con pieces by Kuder, Crook, McGinnis and Nowlan, he surprised me with this sexy vamp having drunk some Coors Lite from a can (note the teeth holes!)!

I love this- it's so damn weird and cool and shows how even a "real quick" sketch by a great talent can be great!

I just can't believe he made this for me...THE Larry Elmore. Wow.

I envy you -- I grew up reading Dragonlance books and Elmore's cover art really enhanced those stories. Congratulations on this great piece! Someday I would like to get a Raistlin or Laurana drawing from him.
