Bill Woggon created something very special with Katy Keene, by encouraging the creativity of young fans and giving them a chance to design fashions, cars, houses, etc., incorporating their ideas into the comics, and giving them credit. Talented young Merrill Miller here was given the star treatment for his ideas, with photo and mini-bio.
