DescriptionShip Waves SceneMonochrome Watercolour and Ink on board C1980's Size - 30 x 39.5 cm (12 x 15.5 inch) Board Here is an absolutely superb original illustration that was used in Look and Learn during the 1980's. I've been unable to identify this piece, but this piece comes from a collection of well known illustrators such as: Clive Uptton, Graham Coton, Andrew Howat, James McConnell, Ken Petts etc. The artwork is largely in good order, with a few small blemishes in places - this includes some scratches (most evident above the female character). There is a piece of sellotape towards the bottom of the illustration but it does not extend far on to the principal content of the image. The board edges are somewhat bumped and rubbed with some turning and fraying to the corners. Social/Sharing |
