DescriptionThis is a dream commission that was facilitated by an amazing group out in the UK.I've always loved Gab's Batman, particularly when he uses this particular hue of blue. The opportunity arose and I jumped on it without even thinking about the cost. Gabriele's use of blue here blows me away, and his Batman always has this aura of 'I am smarter, stronger, and better than you'. I honestly can't believe this painting was painted specifically for me. The painting is done on an 11x17 art board with acrylics. Social/Sharing |

Stunning portrait of the Dark Knight! Love Dell'Otto's work here--The pose, the composition, the colors are all superb! Great commission!

Thanks Bill! I don't know how I stumbled upon this commission opportunity, as it was one of his last opportunities for painted commissions of this style.
