DescriptionArt director (later Teen Titans and Ben 10 producer) Glen Murakami and character designer Shane Glines signed their sketchbooks at my brother's Stuart Ng Books booth at SDCC 2001. At the time, Stuart was primarily a used book dealer in animation, illustration, and comic art which attracted animation professionals like Glen and Shane. With this event and future efforts, Stuart started developing a reputation for finding and carrying the privately printed sketchbooks of animation and comic artists. Glen developed a couple quick drawings to do at his signings. He collaborated with Bruce Timm on Batman: Mad Love and drew a Star Wars Adventure story for a magazine. Shrunk'n Head (1995) and Under Beneath were followed by Sunday Girl in 2001.Social/Sharing |
