This issue reprints the first appearance of the Young Allies from 1941, who are led by Bucky Barnes - sidekick of Captain America who eventually becomes the Winter Soldier!
It is sealed with a Dynamic Forces Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) confirming that the signature is authentic. It was limited to just 50 copies produced. Unopened in Near Mint condition. Scans are of the actual item.
