Black Panther: Spirit of my Ancestor

Many people don't know this, but before there was the Black Panther, there existed an obscure character named Lion Man. This character was an African hero, who guarded a mountain in Africa that contained a huge supply of uranium. There's speculation that he may have been the inspiration for T'Challa. WIth that in mind, I decided to have a piece done with Lion Man's spirit hovering over the King of Wakanda, as if the two were linked. The beautifully penciled piece was done Sergio Cariello.
