Description

There is such an elegance to Kevin Wada's work, and I have been waiting quite impatiently for his commission list to re-open up.

I wanted a piece that utilized his great eye for fashion, so the request was to have a character outside of their alter-ego costumes, with subtle nods to what that alter-ego is. After a bit of thinking, I decided on a Dr. Pamela Isley at an English tea party. The result speak for themselves.

The outfit is amazing, as is the sultry look on face. It's sexy without having to be lewd or revealing. And the colors pop!

This piece is done on an 9x12 piece of cold pressed watercolor paper.
