Description

I get alot of questions about how I work--you know......how to get from point A to B.When doing these pinups..I start with a quick sketch...most of these are done on the subway going back and forth from DCcomics...it's that or dealing with a bunch of people heading into Brooklyn,people coming from work, angry, and not happy NewYorkers,so I do these rough drawings....and sketch them up full size when I get home..it's a good way to unwind from the BIG CITY, and it helps to do them when the sketch is hot, fresh and "new"..This one was drawn on a sheet of 8x10 paper in red ballpoint, and the finished piece was done in pen & ink, with pencil and ink wash.
