Commissioned to be part of specific Justice Society of America collection. 9" x 12". Black and white, ink wash.

The Spectre is a difficult character to sum up so I needed to choose the artist carefully. I saw one of Matt's pieces online and thought he could do it well. Spectre is ethereal, transparent and almost more of a suggestion than an actual being. Matt's linework, form and moody atmospheres did it for me.
