DescriptionSomethings are just perfect...like a Stevie Wonder album from the early 70's, like Brian Wilson's "Smile", like Harry Nilsson's voice, like early Al Green, like Genesis' "the Lamb Lies Down On Broadway"-(now you all know what I've been listening to lately on my Ipod),...and Black Canary's costume is perfect. They've tried to change it over the years, but what's the point?...a long time ago "Terry Austin" turned me onto "Alex Toth's" BC 70's run-( thanks, Terry),..and this picture is a tribute to all the inspiration Toth's stories have given me over the years..................(a Zatanna, Nancy from Sin City, and a Lady Blackhawk, will be posted for sale over the week)...........this bird flys away at 350.Social/Sharing |

Sweet piece. Imagine all the pieces you've done framed along a wall.

Love her face especially in this one. Green Arrow must sleep well at night being able to rest his head between those massive flesh pillows. Go Wonderbra!

This is a gorgeous piece of artwork, absolutely outstanding. I've always liked her original outfit, except for the high-heeled boots. Its never made sense to me why an action-hero type like her would wear high heels. Women can't even run in high heels, much less do martial arts and the like. Its okay for heroines whose powers mainly involve them pointing, like Zatanna, but Batgirl and the Canary have no business wearing them. Now that I'm through ranting, I have to once again say, this is an outstanding piece of artwork!
