DescriptionJimmy Swinnerton, the beloved cartoonist of the Canyon Kiddies, among other great cartoons, wrote and illustrated this children's book, "Hosteen Crotchetty: How a Good Heart Was Born", in 1965. The book is absolutely filled with wonderful full-color images of Swinnerton's well known Canyon Kiddies. Swinnerton drew a very sweet ink & watercolor self-caricature on the front end page, inscribed to a lucky John Stauffer. I feel like I'm now the lucky one.Social/Sharing |
