Description

Jubilee made her first appearance in this Chris Claremont story titled "Ladies' Night!" Penciled by the great Marc Silvestri and inked by the great Dan Green. The women of X-Men decide the best way to get over Inferno is to go shopping at the mall. Mall Security calls in the M Squad to catch a mall rat mutant who performs unauthorized light shows. Jubilee hitches a ride back through Gateway's teleport!

That was a fun era of X-Men—I love how expressive Silvestri’s art was in those issues. That last panel is fantastic, the X-Women are ready to take charge!

In those pre-Image issues, Silvestri was very effective in conveying emotions and action without drawing super large panels and splashes, complementing Claremont's detailed scripts very well. Excellent choice!

Fantastic page from a pivotal issue! You get the arrival of the M-Squad, and then the appearance of the four lovely X-Ladies. Well done!
