DescriptionFrank Thorne Wizard Sketch/Autograph(1977). Here's something that's more an autograph than sketch that I got from Frank Thorne at the 1977 Phil Seuling Philadelphia Comic Art Convention, but I treasure it all the same. This is basically a self-portrait/sketch of Frank himself in his unforgettable(certainly to me)appearance in full wizard attire and mode, perhaps more performance art than cosplay. A fantastic artist whose work I've always admired. The 1977 convention program book had a two-page blank autograph section, and I did my best to fill it up, more to come!Social/Sharing |
