Description

An amazing cover, brilliant in style and technique, by two fantastic artists, Rodolfo Damaggio's comicbook work was spectacular in draftsmanship, and storytelling..and this might be the best ink job I've seen from the pen & brush of Bill Sienkiewicz.Damaggio's pencils must have been so impeccable, that Bill could just let it rip..stunning!...(and strangely this is a Batman # 1 in it's own way).......(and big thanks to Jim Cardillo, who was a delight to deal with.)

Outstanding cover ! I must admit didn't always like Sienkiewicz inks over Damaggio's pencils... IMO, in some cases their different style seemed to clash. However, on the GCPD covers the mesh worked so well that I can't imagine any better pairing. Oh, and this is the very best of the bunch ! Thanks for sharing !
