DescriptionFantastic Four: 1234 is one of my favorite stories of all time. When I met Jae Lee, I was thrilled to learn that it is his favorite of all the stories he has ever drawn. I ogled many pages from this story when they were originally available on Albert Moy's website, but I never pulled the trigger; and one by one, the pages went to savvier collectors. Finally I found this page on Anthonyscomicbookart.com, and his expert team of art reps helped me acquire it despite my inability to correctly read emails! My joy knows little bounds! Look at those amazingly lush ink lines! Jae stopped inking his pages when he began work on The Dark Tower comics, so I feel incredibly lucky to have fumbled and stumbled and erred my way into owning this small, yet important part of a masterpiece of modern sequential art.Social/Sharing |
