Description

One of my fave #Supergirl pieces Ive ever drawn and for a good guy too. I did this one long ago in my rookie days and I took more chances with story telling poses and not the typical poster shots I do now. They are not crowd pleasures and I know this for a fact, I've been a cover artist for 15 yrs and I know which pieces sell better by trial and error, BUT these type of pieces are appreciated more by the connoisseur and collectors and not really by moms, wives and civilians outside our geekdom. It's all the same to me because I enjoy drawing both moods of art, action however, is among my fave to do but is a lot more time consuming and tough to pull off as a stand alone "pinup" style piece like my Copic Wolverine.

Serene moods are my fave way to depict a woman and eyes closed are my cup'o tea and I feel is very effective mixed with hair blowing in the wind ( I know there's no wind in space, but it looks cool) along with her cape really seal the deal.
