A rare promotional comic that featured Spider-Man fighting against the evil Green Goblin! This exciting action-packed cover could have been a regular cover for Amazing Spider-Man, given the layout and composition. Just SUPERB images of both hero and villain here with the Green Goblin stealing an important laser drill, not realizing Spider-Man is just about ready to CLOBBER him with his left fist! The cover art has all of it's original stats. Signed "JR/JS" in the lower image area. Signed by Joe Sinnott in the top margin. How many covers by John Romita feature Spider-Man battling the Green Goblin? Very few!
