Oh man, I had no idea this was even on CAF. I tried desperately to get in touch with Adam about this page. I even met someone on CAF who was dealing with him directly and had them ask him. I was told at the time it wasn't for sale. So it's kind of a double surprise for me to see it here. I noticed is says PERMANENT COLLECTION, so I guess I can cross this off my list. Congrats on getting to it before I did.
