Amazing Spider-man covers sell fast, aren't cheap and are highly sought after. Owning one was always a huge collecting goal of mine but for my first 10 years it seemed impossible. Thankfully many years of perseverance led to scoring The Amazing Spider-man #800 variant cover by my favorite artist Nick Bradshaw! Plus it's for the issue 900 anniversary. This was the first time a Marvel Comic reached the milestone of 800 issues. To celebrate Marvel made this comic 80 pages long. In this story Flash Thompson (Agent Anti-Venom) valiantly dies in battle against Red Goblin (Green Goblin + Carnage Symbiote). This is a very early appearance of Red Goblin. This character eventually spun off into his own solo series.
