Description

Great page from the Elseworlds story 'Scar of the Bat' by the great late Eduardo Barreto.

In this Prohibition era story it's Eliot Ness who dons the mantle of Batman.

Great fight scenes and an awesome pencil and inking job by Barreto (who also did the colors for this one if I'm remembering right)!
