A picture of one of Ralph McQuarrie’s pieces on display with the Star Wars: The Power of the Costume exhibit at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

If this exhibit makes its way to you...and you are a fan, it is very cool. May be a bit Padme heavy...but they did spend a ton on her costumes. I focused on the non-prequel stuff but, of course, looked at all of it.

Those originals are amazing.  Saw a retrospective McQuarrie's SW paiintings back in the 90s and it blew my mind.  Thanks for posting!
