SOLD AT AUCTION FOR $454!

Auction #225 will go online Oct. 23, 2018 and the auction will close Nov. 13-15, 2018. 11x17" artboard has Herb Trimpe's pen and ink original art for page 31 (last page) of "Marvel Two-In-One" Vol. 1 #9, published by Marvel May 19750. Trimpe's art has been inked by Joe Giella and features five panels, w/Wundarr battling Puppet Master in first three panels. Fourth panel shows the Fantastic Four's Thing w/Thor and last panel shows Thor flying off as Thing is left w/Wundarr. Hand-lettered text block at bottom promotes next issue. Top margin has stamped title and handwritten issue/page number. Back has 1975 Marvel Comics Group copyright stamp and 3" aged piece of masking tape. Thin strip of aged tape at top center. Bottom has lightly aged piece of tape that covers part of text block, but is not overly distracting. Artboard has some lt. handling wear w/minor scattered staining along bottom margin, but art remains clean and Exc.
