Two of the three things the proceeds from my latest sales paid for.... Our boiler was condemned...45 years old. I guess I am less than one year away from condemnation.... But I digress...they tore out the old cast iron boiler and the near-death water heater (at least 20 years old) and installed a new boiler/water heater combi unit. They came back this morning to fix a small leak and silicone the inside of the vent holes they drilled.... Don’t be fooled, this thing is big.

The third thing is my surgery bills, but I will spare you the before and ater photos the doc took...just know that my mesh is holding up well. :) They have rebuilt me!!

So thank you all agan for bidding, buying, watching, passing the word, or just wishing me luck. It is all much appreciated!

Great to hear that things are moving in the right direction my friend, and seems to me like every good things are three, at least when they are fixed : )
