Description

This is it. The kind of piece that encapsulates everything you love about a character, everything you love about a series...this is it. I asked Jorge for an homage to the final scene in Issue #1 of "Welcome Back, Frank" by Garth Ennis and the late, great, Steve Dillon. This issue and this scene were basically the reason I became such a Punisher fanatic. Notice the tiny figures in the background that show poor Carlo Gnucci's fate. If you've read the story, you're very aware of what happens here. I can't say enough of Jorge's work. His ability to capture a story or a scene in one image is unparalleled. I'm incredibly grateful for this amazing piece of work. It is absolutely perfect! Thanks Jorge, this is beyond anything I could've ever hoped for

Love this piece! Filled with so much emotion and mood in the foreground and so much great detail to draw you in to the background. Great!

So emotive. You really get the sense no matter what Frank does it'll never be enough. Tragic but makes the character what he is and we're all better for it as readers. Looks great. Congrats!
