Description

From an idea by Kevin Moorhead and a pseudo-design by me, comes art by Lee Gaston.

An international terrorist organization, WARR (Worldwide Advanced Resistance Regime) has engaged in a series of bombings, assassinations, kidnappings, bank robberies, and shoot-outs with police over decades. Armed with hi-tech weaponry, believed to have been supplied by Dr. Micro, they are an anti-government based organization, sowing the seeds of discord throughout the world, in an attempt to destabilize governments and descend countries into chaos.
